Can Something So Simple Really Make a Difference? Gratitude can look almost too simple to be powerful. A few words in a journal. A quiet thank you. Noticing a moment that felt good. Pausing long enough to really take in something you might otherwise have rushed past. But simple does not mean insignificant. For me, gratitude became much more than making a list of things I was thankful for. Over time, it changed what I noticed, how I looked at my life and, importantly, how I fe
