Gratitude is the foundation of this journey: It is where the healing process begins, symbolized by the growth of an acorn into a mighty oak tree. This analogy reflects the transformative power of gratitude, starting from small beginnings to reach great strength and stability.

Transformation is the heart of my mission: Reflecting the butterfly's metamorphosis, feathers giving flight of letting go and the angel wings protective embrace. I guide survivors in finding their voice, embracing their worth, and releasing the past to step into a life of inner freedom.​

Forgiveness is a pivotal transformation stage in the journey of healing: It embodies the resilience of the daffodil, blooming after the harshest of winters, and the strength and stability of the oak tree. The lightness of a feather symbolizes the freedom that comes from letting go. The gentle touch of the ladybug signifies the delicate yet profound nature of forgiveness, not just of others, but most importantly, of oneself.

Journey With Me
Healing from my trauma often felt messy and overwhelming. Some days I thought I was moving forward, only to feel pulled back again. Over time, I began to see that my healing was unfolding in stages, from rediscovering hope, to rebuilding myself, to finally finding freedom. These stages became My 4-Stage Inner Freedom Method, that I now share with others.
Stage 1- Gratitude is the foundation of this journey:
This isn't about forcing positivity when you are in pain. It's about learning to notice small moments of hope, even in the darkness. Like a daffodil pushing through after winter, this stage is about finding tiny sparks of possibility when everything feels impossible.
Stage 2 - Transformation is the heart of your journey:​
This is where the real change happens, like the caterpillar completely changing inside its cocoon to become a beautiful butterfly. During this stage, you are rebuilding who you are after losing your identity and self-worth. The transformation gives you wings to feel freedom as you find your voice again, set boundaries, and learn to trust your own thoughts and feelings.
Stage 3- Forgiveness is a pivotal key to freedom:
This isn't about excusing what happened to you. It's about releasing the weight of anger and shame that keeps you stuck. This stage is often the hardest part of the journey because it involves forgiving not just others, but most importantly, learning to forgive yourself. Like a feather floating free on the wind, this stage brings lightness as you let go of what has been holding you down.
Stage 4 - Inner freedom integration is where it becomes your way of life:
This is where healing becomes your natural way of being. Like an oak tree that grows stronger and more deeply grounded over time, you become more resilient and aligned in who you are. Inner freedom isn't something you practice anymore, it is how you live. But life continues to bring challenges, children growing up, new stresses, unexpected situations. With ongoing support from others who understand your journey, you remain grounded and resilient through whatever comes next.

Gratitude lists are easy to write, but when you are healing from trauma, they rarely touch the pain underneath.
